The redevelopment project for the "Brigata Sassari" Park's Accessibility and Service Center in Via Solferino is an extraordinary opportunity for urban regeneration for the City of Oristano.
The opportunity to build two new small constructions has immediately allowed the reconstruction of an urban front in continuity with the neighboring historical center.
The solution of constructing two buildings allows and facilitates a separate public / private management of the two volumes: the first, the northernmost one called A, intended for info point, the main entrance to the park, small library and services, the second, to south called B, with a more recreational vocation with laboratories, refreshment area and services.

The accessibility to the park is multiple: directly from the northern area, where the car park is located; from building A facing the road, in this sense intended as "Park Gate", with exit on a ramp suitable for the disabled, from the interstitial space between the two buildings, with direct access to the ramp described above. Thanks to this plurality of accesses, also the use of the park is differentiated, easily controllable and linked both to the use of the two buildings and completely autonomous.
Concluding, the project for the redevelopment of accessibility to the Via Solferino Park and the construction of the new Service Center, conceived and shared in its strategic assets with the Public Administration, wants to take on the role of the business card of the city of Oristano, capable of the same time to guide the tourist in the discovery of an extraordinary territory and to welcome the inhabitants of the neighborhood with a plurality of services, spaces, ways of fruition and creativity.
